The evening of July 15, 2024, heralded the beginning of the festivities. At exactly 18:00 hrs, community leaders, dignitaries, and locals converged on the Chaweng area to commence the event. Dr. Kampanat Klinsewkanth, the district chief of Koh Samui, took the lead in the ceremonial procedures that included presenting royal offerings and laying Phan Phum, the traditional Thai floral tributes.

A gathering that showcased unity, the event welcomed Mr. Ramnetr Jaikwang, the Mayor of Koh Samui City Municipality, alongside a host of other significant personnel.
