An Uplifting Event
On September 13, 2023, a heartwarming ceremony took place at the Koh Samui International Sports Stadium located in the Koh Samui District, Surat Thani Province. Mr. Pakorn Kanchanopas, the Deputy Mayor of Koh Samui Municipality, graced the occasion as the presiding officer.
A Gathering of Support
The event saw the presence of numerous attendees, including heads of government departments, municipal officials, education offices, educational personnel, teachers, students, and esteemed guests. The gathering reflected the strong community support for the athletes and coaches.
Presentation of Sports Jerseys
During the ceremony, Deputy Mayor Mr. Pakorn Kanchanopas delivered an inspiring speech and presented sports jerseys as tokens of appreciation and encouragement. The recipients included athletes and coaches from Koh Samui District who were gearing up to participate in the Rising Star Athletic Championship Surat Thani Province 1st edition.
The Upcoming Competition
The highly anticipated championship event is scheduled to take place from September 15-17, 2023, at the Surat Thani Provincial Administration Organization School No. 3 (Ban Na Diem) sports stadium. The team of talented athletes and dedicated coaches will depart by Seatran ferry on September 14, 2023, at 10:00 A.M.
