On September 24, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., the Kwankhao Conference Hall of Phawana Phothikun Vocational College served as the venue for a united offering of forest robes, organized to support education charity initiatives. Among the attendees were Mr. Sutham Samthong, the Deputy Mayor of Koh Samui, acting on behalf of the Mayor of Koh Samui, along with the management team, members of the municipality council, heads of government departments, municipal officers, and the Street King group.
