Koh Samui Municipality Announces Launch of Samui United Football Club

Koh Samui has launched its own football club, Samui United, bringing local talent and community spirit to the field with the goal of developing youth athletes and boosting sports tourism. Led by Deputy Mayor Pakorn Kanjanaopas and former national player Mika Chunuonsee, the team is set to compete in the 2025 Thailand Semipro League Southern Region.

Koh Samui City Municipality Students Sports Cup 2025

Young athletes from across the region will compete in the Koh Samui Students Sports Cup 2025, showcasing their skills in football, volleyball, sepak takraw, and pétanque at the Phru Na Mueang Sports Ground. The event promises an electrifying celebration of youth talent, teamwork, and community spirit, culminating in an exciting closing ceremony on February 14th.
