This area encompasses Groups 2, 3, 4, and 5 of Taling Ngam Subdistrict, Na Mueang Subdistrict, and Groups 1, 2, 3, 4, and 4 of Mae Rat Subdistrict. The council members granted permission with 17 votes in favor, while the council president abstained.
Koh Samui District Area 4
This area includes Group 1 of Bophut Subdistrict, Mae Nam Subdistrict, and Groups 4, 5, and 6 of Ang Thong Subdistrict. The council members granted permission with 19 votes in favor, while the council president abstained.
Annual Budget Expenditure Transfers for Fiscal Year 2013
