On August 10, 2023, the Maraleina Sports Resort in Koh Samui hosted a vibrant opening ceremony for the Koh Samui Teqball Tour 2023. With distinguished guests like Mr. Chayaphon Intrasupa, District Chief of Koh Samui, and Mr. Ratchaphon Poolsawat, President of the Koh Samui Tourism Promotion Association, the event was a testament to the unity and excitement surrounding Teqball in the region. Various local government officials and students from nearby schools were also in attendance, showcasing the strong community support for this growing sport.

The ceremony, graced by the presence of Mr. Umaporn Kueasom, Founding Director of Maraleina Sports Resort, featured a mix of entertaining performances. Attendees were treated to a mesmerizing hoop-passing Takraw show, injecting energy and anticipation into the event. A captivating “Paradise Island of Nora Dance” performance by a troupe from Teepharat School further enhanced the festive atmosphere.

- Round 2: 15:00-18:00 hrs.
- Venue: Synthetic grass field, Maraleina Sports Resort, Na Mueang, Koh Samui
The Grand Finale
- Date: August 13, 2023
- Time: 14:30-17:30 hrs.
- Broadcast: Live streaming online, ESPN and EUROSPORTS worldwide, and MONO29 in Thailand
