Chef Marco Boscaini’s menu reflects his early days in his Nonna’s (grandmother’s) kitchen, encapsulating PREGO’s exceptional flavor. Among its unique dishes, PREGO is the only restaurant in Thailand to offer the renowned Risotto, recognized as one of the top 100 dishes by Gallo Guide. The latest addition is set to open at the renowned Kata Beach in Phuket in early 2024.
