AP OPEN HOUSE 2023: A Unique Internship Experience
AP Thailand, a leading property company in the country, and Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd., a real estate giant with over 130 years of experience from Japan, have collaborated to organize AP OPEN HOUSE 2023. This intensive internship program, now in its eighth year, has been highly sought after by university students across the country.
More Than Theory: A Focus on Inclusive Growth
AP Thailand’s 2023 AP INCLUSIVE GROWTH master plan revolves around the More Than Theory concept, which emphasizes intensive training and human resource development. Through the program, AP Thailand aims to create an organization that prioritizes the personal and professional growth of its employees as well as contributing to societal benefits. AP Academy Lab, a design laboratory for comprehensive real estate learning, hosted the recent certificate presentation ceremony for the 40 participating students.
Learning Inclusive Living Design
The two-month AP OPEN HOUSE internship allows students to gain valuable on-the-job training experiences. Each year, the program presents a special highlight for its interns. In 2023, they will have the opportunity to learn about Inclusive Living design, focusing on developing innovative real estate products and services that cater to the changing needs of today’s society.
An Exciting Study Trip to Japan
Upon completion of their internship, all participants will receive a certificate from AP Academy. Four exceptional interns will be selected for a study trip to Japan, sponsored by Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. This trip allows the chosen students to further delve into real estate and Inclusive Living concepts while experiencing a different culture.
