Project Overview

On September 5, 2023, at 8:30 AM at Ban Bo Phut School, Bo Phut Subdistrict, Koh Samui District, Mr. Suchat Sri-insai, a committee member of the Health Fund, presided over the opening ceremony of the New Generation Teenagers: Be Aware of Accident Dangers project. The event was attended by teachers, students of Ban Bo Phut School, officials from the Health Promotion Hospital of Bo Phut Subdistrict, municipal staff, and the Department of Public Health and Environment.

Project Objectives

The project aims to provide health promotion, disease prevention, and primary care services at the grassroots level, as well as arrange activities for health promotion and disease prevention. The students participating in the training will gain knowledge and skills in basic first aid, which will enable them to help themselves and those around them correctly, reducing the risk of death from accidents.

Raising Awareness and Encouraging Daily Application

The project seeks to raise awareness among students about the importance of basic first aid and encourage them to apply this knowledge in their daily lives. By equipping students with these essential skills, they will be better prepared to handle emergency situations and contribute to a safer community.

Target Group

The target group consists of 215 teachers and students from Ban Bo Phut School. These participants will engage in first aid training and other activities designed to improve their understanding and application of safety measures in their everyday lives.
